This year’s honourees are George Bolton & Fred Sanders.

George Bolton passed away on July 22, 2019 at the age of 71 in Kingston, ON.  George was well known in the industry and never missed a Home Hardware Show.  He always had a smile on his face and had a great sense of humour.  His son, Dave, took over George’s sales agency a few years ago.

Fred Sanders passed away on March 15, 2019 in his 75th year in London, ON.  Fred worked in the industry with Emco Faucets for many years and was a very good friend of Ed Barnes, the very first honouree of this event. Fred loved golf and volunteered every year at the Canadian Open. He was somewhat of a legend for his fly fishing trips for the golf pros attending the tournament.  He was also known for his great sense of humour and his wonderful jokes.
