Last month, CHHMA member company M-D Products announced the completion of their move to a new Retail Distribution center. 

As the company continues to evolve and grow, they are increasing their investment in the Retail Distribution channel to better service their valued customers. Their original plan called for them to start shipping from the new facility on May 16 and they were very pleased to announce that they were ready to ship well ahead of schedule on May 10th with minimal disruption to their customers. 

The new Retail Distribution Center is capable of holding more than 5 times the volume of the previous facility and will also house their Retail Customer Service team, their Sales & Marketing department and their new, expanded Prova Training center. 

“This investment will allow us to consolidate our previous 3PL facilities into our own, company controlled facility to better service and streamline orders to our customers. Having our CSR team in the same facility with the products we provide will also give us the ability to react more quickly and improve communications to our customers,” remarked President Joe Comitale.
